      Pros

      Mejuri was a place where I met amazing colleagues whom I still stay connected with.

      Cons

      This was a very high paced environment, with little to no flexibility and many internal issues. The employee benefits were not great given the pressure and work load as a store that has a large line outside most days.

      Discount was 40% off Jewelry is nice

      Cons

      No brand alignment on standards Corporate partners far out of touch with reality asking teams to change processes every other week and reprimanding teams who fall behind ZERO support with training/ gaps in knowledge Retail partners tell you to reach out with questions but ignore you and reprimand you when you ultimately fail Give your team fewer hours and ask for more operationally resources are outdated, SOPs hard to follow though they add more every day HORRIBLE upper management. No one is qualified for the positions they hold
