      Great team if you want to meet new people, make friends and can afford to get paid under living wage.

      Cons

      Store managers are clueless and lack initiative. - think more « manager » and less « leader » You will have to play the social game in order to climb the ladder. They don’t hire based on competences but mostly based on looks and expect management to talk behind your back in their private Slack channels

      No brand alignment on standards Corporate partners far out of touch with reality asking teams to change processes every other week and reprimanding teams who fall behind ZERO support with training/ gaps in knowledge Retail partners tell you to reach out with questions but ignore you and reprimand you when you ultimately fail Give your team fewer hours and ask for more operationally resources are outdated, SOPs hard to follow though they add more every day HORRIBLE upper management. No one is qualified for the positions they hold
