      Fabulous benefits, diversity, transparency, culture, growth opportunities, development opportunities. This company really lives up to all the things it promises during the hiring process and more. They care about your voice and they care about YOU - they really really do! The work-life balance focus is unlike anything I’ve ever experienced in other companies.

      Discount was 40% off Jewelry is nice

      Cons

      No brand alignment on standards Corporate partners far out of touch with reality asking teams to change processes every other week and reprimanding teams who fall behind ZERO support with training/ gaps in knowledge Retail partners tell you to reach out with questions but ignore you and reprimand you when you ultimately fail Give your team fewer hours and ask for more operationally resources are outdated, SOPs hard to follow though they add more every day HORRIBLE upper management. No one is qualified for the positions they hold
