      Fast growth, wear multiple hats, challenging.

      Cons

      Overworked, underpaid, under appreciated. The leadership team lacks people management team resulting in high turn over. Managers have favourites and you won’t get a raise or promotion if you’re not on their good books.

      No brand alignment on standards Corporate partners far out of touch with reality asking teams to change processes every other week and reprimanding teams who fall behind ZERO support with training/ gaps in knowledge Retail partners tell you to reach out with questions but ignore you and reprimand you when you ultimately fail Give your team fewer hours and ask for more operationally resources are outdated, SOPs hard to follow though they add more every day HORRIBLE upper management. No one is qualified for the positions they hold
