Very transparent leaders that take your personal / career development seriously. Challenging yet fun projects and amazing overall culture that’s actually practiced.

      Fast growth means ever changing processes. Not necessarily a con but one needs to be adaptable.

      No brand alignment on standards Corporate partners far out of touch with reality asking teams to change processes every other week and reprimanding teams who fall behind ZERO support with training/ gaps in knowledge Retail partners tell you to reach out with questions but ignore you and reprimand you when you ultimately fail Give your team fewer hours and ask for more operationally resources are outdated, SOPs hard to follow though they add more every day HORRIBLE upper management. No one is qualified for the positions they hold
