      Some of the most toxic people work here. Horrible people management, and they put the happiness last. People are eager to steal your ideas and pass them off as their own to get ahead. Managers will seek opportunities to downplay their employees successes to highlight their own. Growth is impossible even at HQ.

      No brand alignment on standards Corporate partners far out of touch with reality asking teams to change processes every other week and reprimanding teams who fall behind ZERO support with training/ gaps in knowledge Retail partners tell you to reach out with questions but ignore you and reprimand you when you ultimately fail Give your team fewer hours and ask for more operationally resources are outdated, SOPs hard to follow though they add more every day HORRIBLE upper management. No one is qualified for the positions they hold
