      -Really friendly team, always willing to help each other -ideas are heard and understood--everyones opinion is heard and encouraged -managers work at desks within your team instead of office, making it easy to reach out 1:1 and ask questions -working with like minded people -Monthly office outings, always something super fun and exciting. Helps the office bond with other teams they don't work with day to day -Fun treats often given to help boost morale, you always feel taken care of

      -Hours expected are 9-6, if you're unable to work flexible hours it's probably not the right place for you

      No brand alignment on standards Corporate partners far out of touch with reality asking teams to change processes every other week and reprimanding teams who fall behind ZERO support with training/ gaps in knowledge Retail partners tell you to reach out with questions but ignore you and reprimand you when you ultimately fail Give your team fewer hours and ask for more operationally resources are outdated, SOPs hard to follow though they add more every day HORRIBLE upper management. No one is qualified for the positions they hold
