      What a wild ride. This business is growing and making a lasting impact on the luxery jewlery industry. They are hiring talented professionals who are driven and looking to take their skills and expertise to build a business with an incredible mission. We work in a really cool loft space, have a bunch of excellent perks and jive really well as a team.

      Cons

      There is a lot of growth. It's a great news story but its not for the faint of heart. If you want to leave your mark this is a great place to do it!

      Discount was 40% off Jewelry is nice

      Cons

      No brand alignment on standards Corporate partners far out of touch with reality asking teams to change processes every other week and reprimanding teams who fall behind ZERO support with training/ gaps in knowledge Retail partners tell you to reach out with questions but ignore you and reprimand you when you ultimately fail Give your team fewer hours and ask for more operationally resources are outdated, SOPs hard to follow though they add more every day HORRIBLE upper management. No one is qualified for the positions they hold
