      Mejuri is growing very quickly, so there are a lot of opportunities to learn and develop in your role and company. You get out how much you put in, so if you work really hard and voice what you'd like to accomplish, management will do their best to help you get there. Working in a very collaborative environment with hardworking, genuine and smart people.

      Startup environment might not be for everyone as it's not your typical 9-5.

      Cons

      No brand alignment on standards Corporate partners far out of touch with reality asking teams to change processes every other week and reprimanding teams who fall behind ZERO support with training/ gaps in knowledge Retail partners tell you to reach out with questions but ignore you and reprimand you when you ultimately fail Give your team fewer hours and ask for more operationally resources are outdated, SOPs hard to follow though they add more every day HORRIBLE upper management. No one is qualified for the positions they hold
