We appreciate your perspective on our compensation. Our team-based bonus structure is a very intentional choice—we believe in winning as one team rather than competing individually, though we recognize that reaching targets during growth periods requires significant effort.
Regarding the recent leadership and structural changes, our goal has been to better align our teams so everyone feels supported, though we know any period of transition can be challenging. We’re also focused on refining our STACK model; we believe in this approach to customer engagement, but we’re actively working on providing better coaching and clearer expectations to help our teams feel more confident in it.

No brand alignment on standards
Corporate partners far out of touch with reality asking teams to change processes every other week and reprimanding teams who fall behind
ZERO support with training/ gaps in knowledge
Retail partners tell you to reach out with questions but ignore you and reprimand you when you ultimately fail
Give your team fewer hours and ask for more operationally
resources are outdated, SOPs hard to follow though they add more every day
HORRIBLE upper management. No one is qualified for the positions they hold
