10yThanks for your feedback. I'm glad you were quickly promoted - clearly you are doing great work. However, I am sorry you have been negatively impacted by recent changes in the customer organization.
Your review echoes some of the feedback we got from the recent Voice of Medallia survey - many people felt that recent organizational changes did not go smoothly. The experience brought to light some flaws in our change management process, which we are actively working to fix.
I am concerned that you feel like the collaborative nature of the company has been "squashed" and that teams are siloed and understaffed. To be honest, I don't feel the same way -- in fact, in the aforementioned Medallia survey, I was struck by how much people still love their colleagues, their customers, and the work they're doing. Despite all the changes, the core of who were are remains the same. However, I may be missing something. If you feel comfortable doing so, please come talk to me about what you're seeing.
Finally, you said that there is little emphasis on culture - nothing could be further from the truth! As I say during onboarding, culture is everyone's responsibility. We all need to be accountable for maintaining the parts of the culture we want to keep, and fixing the parts we don't like -- especially as we grow. If you have any specific suggestions on how we can empower people to do this more effectively, please let me know!
