Just terrible - Program Manager Medallia Employee Review

Honestly, this was one of the most disappointing work experiences I’ve had. From the outside, Medallia sounds like a people-first, values-driven place. But once you’re in, it’s a whole different story. Leadership is disconnected, decisions feel super random, and communication is seriously lacking. There’s a lot of talk about culture and inclusion, but not much action behind it. Morale was low most of the time I was there, and it always felt like you were waiting for the next round of reorgs or layoffs.
