      Good Pay and Benefits Worklife balance is ok

      Cons

      Older guards control too much of the company narrative. Poor vision and strategy. Tomas Bravo has too much influence on how the company is run.

      Flexible time off, inclusive culture, autonomy in role, great pay and benefits

      Cons

      Not a lot of opportunity for growth on a small consulting team. Time sheet process was atrocious but perhaps it’s improved since I left.
