Pros
Split salary, 70% in USD (Uruguay) and 30% in ARS. Great team collaboration. Possibility to go to a WeWork office. Health insurance. Great PTO benefits and parental leave.
Cons
Prior to the COVID pandemic it used to be a great place, always striving to find new benefits. However, after the lock down it seems the company stopped caring about the office in Argentina. It is still a very good place to work compared to other companies but it's not what it used to be like.
