Pros

Pros? is this supposed to be a joke?

Cons

Discriminatory Behavior: Co-workers displayed concerning levels of discrimination towards new team members. This behavior included excessively highlighting mistakes during the adjustment period, demonstrating a lack of professionalism, using vulgar language, refusing to provide assistance, and engaging in ridiculous levels of micro-management. It seemed as though they felt threatened by new and competent team members, leading to a toxic environment. These grown up men, all acted like a bunch of schoolboys - complaining about the slightest detail to the manager, which was kind of creeepy tbh. The Manager (from Prague) - An even bigger creep: exhibited unprofessional behavior, failing to address valid complaints and showing favoritism towards existing team members. Despite clear instances of discriminatory behavior within the team, the manager did not take appropriate action, creating a sense of unfairness and frustration among new team members. However, one could argue that his incompetence and lack of control over the team gave team members excessive power, further contributing to the toxic env. Salary: avg Process: Nil Codebase: a bad joke, perhaps the worst. Tech stack: like relics from the past. UI/UX: truly abysmal Cluelessness: Plenty

Pros

Flexible time off, inclusive culture, autonomy in role, great pay and benefits

Cons

Not a lot of opportunity for growth on a small consulting team. Time sheet process was atrocious but perhaps it’s improved since I left.

Pros

Nothing much to say here. Management is messed up. All tech initiatives are showcase only. There are genuinely smart people, but they are managed by worse management you can imagine.

Cons

- many bad CEOs, many bad managers. - the whole company is slow. - no one know what the company’s mission statement is. - PE firms have no idea what they are doing.
