Pros
Medallia owns the customer experience space. They have amazing technology and vision, and their people are really outstanding. Outstanding people is not an accident; they invest a lot in trying to maintain a small company culture while growing crazy fast.
Cons
As Medallia grows fast, they face challenges with hiring fast enough which can really stretch everyone. In addition, the company changes quickly (roles and even technology) as it grows and this can leave people without their old positions.
