      It acquires companies incrementing its solution portfolio. The benefits and the human relationship oriented approach to bussines.

      Cons

      Heterogeneous technologies between solutions acquired from other companies. They are already merging those in a new environment, so it won't be a problem in the future.

      Flexible time off, inclusive culture, autonomy in role, great pay and benefits

      Cons

      Not a lot of opportunity for growth on a small consulting team. Time sheet process was atrocious but perhaps it’s improved since I left.
