- Great values (merit, quality, can-do attitude, empowerment to make suggestions and lead changes/improvements) - Caring management (feel like I can talk to my manager freely) - Career opportunities
Cons
- Although they've made great strides in defining the career path, it's still not transparent in practice - We're growing so fast that it seems like culture may be being sacrificed to meet hiring goals - Company is now so much larger that it feels less cohesive (siloed in your work teams)
