      Compensation package is great. They think on every detail for the employee to be confortable.

      Cons

      A lot of technical debt. Big pressure for delivering features which keeps growing the technical debt.

      Flexible time off, inclusive culture, autonomy in role, great pay and benefits

      Cons

      Not a lot of opportunity for growth on a small consulting team. Time sheet process was atrocious but perhaps it’s improved since I left.
