I am truly sorry. Building something great takes time, dedication and, more than anything else, ownership. I am extremely proud of how we embrace all of our engineers for what they bring to the table, their commitment to working hard and their willingness and courage to change the environment around them no matter their accent, skin color, or their prior place of employment. I believe that when we bring our whole selves to work we can create the best possible outcomes. When it comes to what we build and how we build it, it is hard to understand what “staying away” means or why you’re advised to do so, I welcome the opportunity to learn more about it, if you care to share with me.
