      Amazing sense of team, everyone cares about others success Passionate people Strong Mission! Working quickly through scale Constant feedback on how you are contributing Amazing Engineers that work to solve for people!

      We are experiencing some growing pains- Honestly, normal at our stage of growth. Only con with this is that it can take a bit longer to execute against projects

      Flexible time off, inclusive culture, autonomy in role, great pay and benefits

      Cons

      Not a lot of opportunity for growth on a small consulting team. Time sheet process was atrocious but perhaps it’s improved since I left.
