9yThank you for your feedback. I regret that your experience in Professional Services has fallen far short of your expectations. We’ve been making a lot of changes this year in order to scale our fast-growing company. Though the changes were designed to provide more value to our customers and employees, they clearly have not yet benefitted you, which is disappointing.
I have to respectfully disagree with one of your assertions, that growth is limited within Professional Services. In fact, within the last twelve months, we have promoted more than a third of the Professional Services team globally. We are devoted to building excellent career paths in all functions here at Medallia – including our Professional Services organization.
I’d LOVE to get more information from you. We have just launched our semi-annual employee survey. It would be great if you could provide specifics about what you’re experiencing. Also, we are interviewing people across the company, including in Professional Services, to do a deeper dive into company culture. Our new head of People & Culture (elsewhere known as HR) and I would love to interview you. If you’re open to it, just e-mail one of us.
