      Medallia was as one points a decent company to work for but those days are long gone

      Cons

      Just read the news. Some software companies will survive AI and Medallia is not one of them. You're welcome to take a role here but know their is not career

      Flexible time off, inclusive culture, autonomy in role, great pay and benefits

      Cons

      Not a lot of opportunity for growth on a small consulting team. Time sheet process was atrocious but perhaps it’s improved since I left.
