      No team support, no KT. Layoffs are soo regular, almost every 3-4 months No guarantee of job even if you perform well.

      Flexible time off, inclusive culture, autonomy in role, great pay and benefits

      Cons

      Not a lot of opportunity for growth on a small consulting team. Time sheet process was atrocious but perhaps it’s improved since I left.
