      - Onboarding/training was effective - Benefits/PTO was great - Role was as presented - Culture/team was enjoyable

      Cons

      Wasn't there long enough to know what professional opp looked like. Not much bad to speak on, was let go due to restructuring-post COVID push

      Flexible time off, inclusive culture, autonomy in role, great pay and benefits

      Cons

      Not a lot of opportunity for growth on a small consulting team. Time sheet process was atrocious but perhaps it’s improved since I left.
