Pros
You accrue PTO as soon as you start. Discount at cafes (if you have one at the dealership you work at). Huge Christmas party every year. Coworkers are what gets you through.
Cons
Toxic work environment. "Leadership" leads from a place of inciting fear in employees. "Do this or else..." You have bosses rather than leaders. Zero guidance. They tell you to jump, but don't offer any metrics. HR is horrible. They go on witch hunts (a.k.a. "investigations") and try to fire people without doing their due diligence. The environment HR nurtures creates a space that encourages and enables employees to lie. You will never get paid fairly for the amount of work you put in. They want you to get everything done as quickly as possible at the cost of the quality of your work.
