      Good work environment. Potential for advancement. Decent healthcare benefits. Good updates and feedback on performance. Sales driven leaving a lot of room for more money. Good experience and training opportunities.

      Cons

      Very focused on retaining more DRP programs with insurance companies which allows the insurance companies to gain more control over the repair process.

      Clean albeit dull office setup, fancy coffee machine,

      Cons

      Parking is a mile away so you have to take their shuttle which may or may not show up on time, asinine corporate rules that have no point, accounting managers play favorites, low yearly salary compared to how many hours they make you work, high turnover
