      Multiple brands within the same family business

      Cons

      Management is terrible. They do not stand behind their employees. If a customer so much as mentions knowing a member of the McDonald family all employee input is discredited. Pay is very low comparatively. Work/life balance is not prioritized. High turnover rate. Time off (even earned) is hard to come by.

      Clean albeit dull office setup, fancy coffee machine,

      Cons

      Parking is a mile away so you have to take their shuttle which may or may not show up on time, asinine corporate rules that have no point, accounting managers play favorites, low yearly salary compared to how many hours they make you work, high turnover
