Pros
The management tries to keep each employee involved with committees and different side work other than the monotony of working in a call center. The travel benefits are also pretty good if you can find availability.
Cons
The company is unorganized. Employees are under trained and more then half of the phone calls we take are correcting other employees mistakes. There also is a sell, sell, sell attitude here. Sales reps constantly lie to owners to get them to purchase more ownership without any sort of reprimands. The ethics here are all sort of whack. We are supposed to be service providers but lack in providing any service that helps the owner.
