Pros
Lots of training, and great working at a resort where you are dealing with "owners" instead of renters.
Cons
Marriott is changed their Associate Relations for the worse. Marriott's policy was "if you take care of your associates, they will take care of your guests." That is no longer the case. With the current economy all celebrations and any money spent as a "thank you" has stopped. Speaking with friends still with Marriott, it isn't coming back in 2009 either.
