      Remote work is possible for the most part

      MAHLE is a second rate company with bottom of the barrel management that blames mid level employees for their own shortcomings. Anyone who is good in management has departed for greener pastures. They claim they are diverse and inclusive, but nothing could be further from the truth. MAHLE is full of the same old white dudes who jump from position to position. The few ladies that work here are marginalized and laughed at. HR is a joke and nothing is ever done about the horrible culture because management befriends strategic HR employees to make sure nothing gets recorded.

      Pros

      I learned a lot from working at this company. There are so many opportunities for growth you just have to ask for them. Great manager to intern communication, I never felt alone when working on any project. Towards the end of my internship I was working along side everyone on the team acting as a full time employee.

      Cons

      The work can start to get repetitive after a while. It is important to keep asking for new tasks, or work along side different members of your team each week to get a chance to work in different areas of packaging.
