      Lots of overtime available. Management wants to succeed (but unfortunately can’t)

      Cons

      Chaotic and generally out of control. Employees complain of overtime. Management wants to control overtime but is unable. Inconsistencies throughout the plant. Lack of accountability. Morale couldn’t be lower.

      Pros

      I learned a lot from working at this company. There are so many opportunities for growth you just have to ask for them. Great manager to intern communication, I never felt alone when working on any project. Towards the end of my internship I was working along side everyone on the team acting as a full time employee.

      Cons

      The work can start to get repetitive after a while. It is important to keep asking for new tasks, or work along side different members of your team each week to get a chance to work in different areas of packaging.
