      Pros

      Freedom and ability to control your daily workload. Good work life balance and able to have a family and a job at the same time.

      Cons

      Lack of system standardization and inability to properly issue, maintain and track supplier performance including quality, delivery and performance. Lack of drawing availability within the system and with in time to properly source business or perform true cost studies and lack of real training by someone that uses the systems.

      Pros

      I learned a lot from working at this company. There are so many opportunities for growth you just have to ask for them. Great manager to intern communication, I never felt alone when working on any project. Towards the end of my internship I was working along side everyone on the team acting as a full time employee.

      Cons

      The work can start to get repetitive after a while. It is important to keep asking for new tasks, or work along side different members of your team each week to get a chance to work in different areas of packaging.
