      Pros

      If you’re one of those people who has hit rock bottom and don’t care at what expense to rise up and take care of your family then this place is perfect as it is for me.

      Cons

      In certain departments you have “forced” days which basically you’re working 84 hrs a week. Money is the best I’ve seen around but the employees get angry and tired of it so to make it worth their while will do anything to halt an employees progression if it’s going quick. Even taking you to hr even if it’s hear•say.

      Pros

      I learned a lot from working at this company. There are so many opportunities for growth you just have to ask for them. Great manager to intern communication, I never felt alone when working on any project. Towards the end of my internship I was working along side everyone on the team acting as a full time employee.

      Cons

      The work can start to get repetitive after a while. It is important to keep asking for new tasks, or work along side different members of your team each week to get a chance to work in different areas of packaging.
