MAHLE Charleston just took our 3rd Holliday in a row and I’m salery. At least when they took Good Friday away they gave us seven days notice. Management has turned over multiple times and we turn over about 50% of our hourlys every year. Some of them have only had two days off in the last 6 months. Multiple key staff leaving weekly, and most of the rest of us are looking. Management doesn’t seem to care, but even if they did it would be hard to tell since you never see managers on the floor.
