      Pros

      The support for external training was refreshing and great. A company that's willing to help their leadership in using external resources to improve, is an awesome way to show support.

      Cons

      lack of leadership. Lack of direction. Too many projects ended without achieving desired results. And then there is the "good ol boy" club. You're not in it, you're out.

      Pros

      I learned a lot from working at this company. There are so many opportunities for growth you just have to ask for them. Great manager to intern communication, I never felt alone when working on any project. Towards the end of my internship I was working along side everyone on the team acting as a full time employee.

      Cons

      The work can start to get repetitive after a while. It is important to keep asking for new tasks, or work along side different members of your team each week to get a chance to work in different areas of packaging.
