      Decent pay and good benifits

      Absolutely no real management or organization . All the managers will tell you lies and everyone including managers talk behind people's backs. It almost seems like they don't want any hard workers and will do their best to get rid of you if you actually do a good job. They offer incentive pay for ideal on how someone can do their job more efficiently, but only hold new employees to the new standads while old ones do half the work.

      Pros

      I learned a lot from working at this company. There are so many opportunities for growth you just have to ask for them. Great manager to intern communication, I never felt alone when working on any project. Towards the end of my internship I was working along side everyone on the team acting as a full time employee.

      Cons

      The work can start to get repetitive after a while. It is important to keep asking for new tasks, or work along side different members of your team each week to get a chance to work in different areas of packaging.
