      Pros

      Great team work and training. Very friendly but disciplinary leaders as well as management. Working there thought me so much about cnc machines, as well as good quality production. While staying safe and helping others succeed.

      Cons

      There hasn't been many bad experiences for me at mahle. They're clean and it truly is a fine place to work. Only thing bad was maybe some language certain supervisors would use towards the employees.

      Pros

      I learned a lot from working at this company. There are so many opportunities for growth you just have to ask for them. Great manager to intern communication, I never felt alone when working on any project. Towards the end of my internship I was working along side everyone on the team acting as a full time employee.

      Cons

      The work can start to get repetitive after a while. It is important to keep asking for new tasks, or work along side different members of your team each week to get a chance to work in different areas of packaging.
