      Pros

      Progressive company that invest in their plants. Fairly stable employment, with new lines coming in. Clean company, with fairly good benefits.

      Cons

      Pay is lower than other factories in the area, which leads to high turnover, and less stable workforce. Very hard to get weekends, or days off, due to working Seven days a week.

      Pros

      I learned a lot from working at this company. There are so many opportunities for growth you just have to ask for them. Great manager to intern communication, I never felt alone when working on any project. Towards the end of my internship I was working along side everyone on the team acting as a full time employee.

      Cons

      The work can start to get repetitive after a while. It is important to keep asking for new tasks, or work along side different members of your team each week to get a chance to work in different areas of packaging.
