      Large company. Good friends. Nice building.

      Cons

      Horrible management from very top to bottom. Under staffed. The boys club alive. Company to date a complete mess. Large turnover. No communication.

      Pros

      I learned a lot from working at this company. There are so many opportunities for growth you just have to ask for them. Great manager to intern communication, I never felt alone when working on any project. Towards the end of my internship I was working along side everyone on the team acting as a full time employee.

      Cons

      The work can start to get repetitive after a while. It is important to keep asking for new tasks, or work along side different members of your team each week to get a chance to work in different areas of packaging.
