      Pros

      Fast-paced, interesting yet challenging work, employee-friendly atmosphere, diverse workforce, fun employee events, good work/life balance, great communication from upper management, great leadership team, financially stable and prepared for the future

      Cons

      Have system capability for remote-work, but no official policy to allow it on a regular basis. MAHLE is very silo-ed and there is some control from Germany which can prevent certain changes from being made.

      Pros

      I learned a lot from working at this company. There are so many opportunities for growth you just have to ask for them. Great manager to intern communication, I never felt alone when working on any project. Towards the end of my internship I was working along side everyone on the team acting as a full time employee.

      Cons

      The work can start to get repetitive after a while. It is important to keep asking for new tasks, or work along side different members of your team each week to get a chance to work in different areas of packaging.
