      Scheduling and hours required for work are flexible which is great. The salary and benefits are fair for what is expected in terms of work

      Cons

      Poor management and leadership. Although this is typical with corporations. The higher management is disconnected from what happens day to day.

      Pros

      I learned a lot from working at this company. There are so many opportunities for growth you just have to ask for them. Great manager to intern communication, I never felt alone when working on any project. Towards the end of my internship I was working along side everyone on the team acting as a full time employee.

      Cons

      The work can start to get repetitive after a while. It is important to keep asking for new tasks, or work along side different members of your team each week to get a chance to work in different areas of packaging.
