      worked their straight out of college for 4 years. Pretty competative pay for a first job. Nice coworkers.

      Cons

      Old director was good, new one micro managed. Not much instruction. you have to figure everything out

      Easy to learn, manageable schedule, supportive management

      Cons

      Changes in systems with many malfunctions, confusing workflows, policies set with little guidance (like figure it out yourself)

      Good benefits with remote work

      Cons

      Super unstable, coworkers getting laid off with no notice. Outsourcing jobs to India. The remaining employees expected to pick up the extra work.
