      Pros

      Lots of personal and professional development opportunities: tuition reimbursement, online certifications. Work/life balance and personal sense of satisfaction if you get the right leader.

      Cons

      Lay off culture. No raises. No cost of living increases. You compete with external candidates for promotions but for less pay. Very political with bad behavior rewarded and protected. Performative allyship with disenfranchised groups, but no real substance behind the claims.

      Easy to learn, manageable schedule, supportive management

      Cons

      Changes in systems with many malfunctions, confusing workflows, policies set with little guidance (like figure it out yourself)

      Pros

      Good pay, great benefits, great people to work with, boss is great, etc.

      Cons

      Company is undergoing transformation, so it's a bit chaotic. Have to work with old stuff and new stuff at the same time. Hopefully that will change as we transform further.
