Cons
Where do I start... As much as leadership talks about how CenturyLink is a customer focused organization they actually care very little about the customer at the end of the day. Micromanagement Almost no systems integration throughout the mergers No pay increases in years Eroding share prices Ever increasing quotas (this is pretty much par for the course in any sales org) Annual reductions in work force (it's just a matter of time before you're fired) Constant reduction in sales support staff (more and more admin work falls on shoulders of sales) The list goes on, but I'll stop here.
