It was close to home. That's it!
Cons
Senior management only cares about the bottom line. Slashing people who have been with the company for decades because of salary. They have lost so many knowledgeable people only to hire inexperienced young people to pay them less. They don't manage the company well so whenever they need some revenue first inclination is to roll out more RIWF (Reduction in Workforce). They're idiots for letting so much talent walk right out the door.
