Pros
The pay scale is competitive and they try really hard to promote a fun work place, the front line supervisors are generally a fun bunch who due what they can to help you out.
Cons
A declining market has turned customer service into pushy up selling or loose your job. If you're a strong closer and don't mind pitching to every call, weather it's a good fit for the customer or not then this is a good job for you and you'll love it. If not don't waste your time.
