      Pros

      Retail Centurylink is all I can personally vouch for, Union based position, Competitive Pay, fantastic Benefits.

      Cons

      Poorly Managed, little to no future outside of retail department, No development, exceeding goals only bring hefty increases the following month preventing you from ever making a substantial commission. Direct Management are less qualified than reps and are often only in the store 10-15 hours a week

      Easy to learn, manageable schedule, supportive management

      Cons

      Changes in systems with many malfunctions, confusing workflows, policies set with little guidance (like figure it out yourself)

      Pros

      Good pay, great benefits, great people to work with, boss is great, etc.

      Cons

      Company is undergoing transformation, so it's a bit chaotic. Have to work with old stuff and new stuff at the same time. Hopefully that will change as we transform further.
