      Pros

      Great pay and benefits, fast paced environment, great co-workers.

      Cons

      Company culture changed for the worse when company merged with Qwest...lost sight of unifying principles due to filling too many senior positions with Legacy Qwest leadership. No opportunity for advancement. Many lay off's are happening as company tries to fill more and more jobs in Monroe, Louisiana.

      Easy to learn, manageable schedule, supportive management

      Cons

      Changes in systems with many malfunctions, confusing workflows, policies set with little guidance (like figure it out yourself)

      Pros

      Good pay, great benefits, great people to work with, boss is great, etc.

      Cons

      Company is undergoing transformation, so it's a bit chaotic. Have to work with old stuff and new stuff at the same time. Hopefully that will change as we transform further.
