      Pros

      overall good place to work. The people are great and from what I've heard the compensation is getting better.

      Cons

      high stress. Demanding. The new company seems to be focusing too much on the customer and forgetting about the employees. It went from a great place to work with great opportunities to working in a cubicle and feeling like a number.

      Easy to learn, manageable schedule, supportive management

      Cons

      Changes in systems with many malfunctions, confusing workflows, policies set with little guidance (like figure it out yourself)

      Pros

      Good pay, great benefits, great people to work with, boss is great, etc.

      Cons

      Company is undergoing transformation, so it's a bit chaotic. Have to work with old stuff and new stuff at the same time. Hopefully that will change as we transform further.
